We are a small, Germany-based editorial team that researches and explains how commercial leasing, equipment leasing and business financing arrangements work in practice — independent of any single provider.
Our story
Why BMC Leasing GmbH was set up
BMC Leasing GmbH was founded by a small group of professionals with backgrounds in commercial property and industrial equipment who noticed the same problem again and again: businesses were signing leasing agreements without fully understanding the structure behind them.
Rather than adding another sales channel to an already crowded market, we chose to build a resource that explains the mechanics first — what a residual value is, how maintenance responsibilities are typically split, what "operating" versus "finance" lease actually means in day-to-day terms.
Today, that resource is this website. It is maintained from our office in Böblingen and reviewed periodically to keep pace with how leasing and financing practices evolve.
What guides us

We do not represent, promote or resell any single leasing company, lender or equipment manufacturer. Our explanations aim to be usable regardless of who you eventually work with.
Clarity over jargon

We are an information resource, not a law firm, bank or leasing provider. We say so clearly, and we point you toward qualified professionals for anything that requires a binding decision.
Our aim is simple: by the time you sit down with a leasing provider or a bank, the paperwork should feel familiar rather than foreign.
